The problem

When Franco Plumbing and Heating arrived on site for the Global Pet Foods fit-up, conditions differed from what had originally been described. Sanitary piping needed to be rerouted, with a pump installed to keep the system functioning properly. The scope also called for proprietary equipment, including specialized grooming tubs, along with vacuum piping to support the store's cool dry food system. It was a project with several moving parts, each requiring a different area of expertise to get right.
