The problem

The Kent project required extensive work at heights, with a significant amount of overhead piping that needed insulation and PVC jacketing throughout. Complicating matters further, the work had to be carried out around Kent's ongoing customer operations, leaving little room for disruption. It called for a crew that could work safely at elevation while staying coordinated with a busy, active job site.
